Summary. These Terms cover your use of the public canny.vision website — browsing our pages, submitting the contact or demo request forms, and applying to open positions. They do not cover the Canny Vision IAM platform, Rassed, or Fetchy, which each have their own Terms of Service that apply when you create an account with them.

1Scope of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at canny.vision ("the Website"), operated by Canny Vision Analytics ("Canny Vision", "we", "us").

The Website is an informational, marketing website. It does not require an account and does not itself provide any of Canny Vision's software products. If you create an account to use the IAM platform, Rassed, or Fetchy, that use is governed by the Terms of Service of the application in question, not by this document.

By browsing the Website or submitting any form on it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2About this website

Canny Vision is an edge AI company building intersection intelligence — video analytics, violation detection, and congestion insight — for municipalities. The Website presents our products, team, partners, and career opportunities, and lets visitors request a demo or get in touch with us.

3Website content & intellectual property

All text, graphics, logos, product names, and other content on the Website are the property of Canny Vision Analytics or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Partner and technology logos displayed on the Website (e.g. NVIDIA, Microsoft, OVHcloud, OCI) remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed to identify our technology and program affiliations, not to imply endorsement.

You may view and print pages of the Website for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute Website content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

4Acceptable use

When using the Website, you agree not to:

Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security measure, including our Altcha anti-bot verification on the contact and demo request forms.
Scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data from the Website in an automated manner without our prior written consent.
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms.
Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website's infrastructure.
Use the Website for any unlawful purpose.

5Contact & demo request forms

The Website provides a contact form and a "Book a Demo" form. Both are protected by Altcha, a proof-of-work challenge we built and host ourselves — no data from these forms is shared with a third-party CAPTCHA provider.

By submitting either form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to share it with us. We use submitted information solely to respond to your inquiry or schedule your requested demo — see our Privacy Policy for details on how this data is handled.

6Career applications

Open positions listed on our Careers page can be applied to via email at contacts@canny.vision. Submitting an application, CV, or cover letter to this address constitutes your consent for Canny Vision to review the information for recruitment purposes.

7Third-party links

The Website may link to third-party sites (e.g. partner websites, social media). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.

8No warranty

The Website and its content are provided "as is". While we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error-free, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Website.

9Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Canny Vision Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your access to, or use of, the Website, including reliance on any information published on it.

Note. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such cases, the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

10Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

To confirm. This section assumes Canny Vision Analytics' public website is operated by a Canadian entity based in Ontario, consistent with the company's stated location. Confirm the exact operating entity and jurisdiction with legal counsel before publishing.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Website after a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
